Whiskey Collective is a whiskey subscription service that provides exclusive access to limited edition and small batch whiskey delivered straight to your door. As a member, you have the unique opportunity to be part of the process by tasting samples, providing feedback, and having first access to larger bottles.
As a subscriber, you’ll receive a quarterly whiskey subscription box of three samples to enjoy and provide feedback using a QR code on each bottle. As you try each sample, you will have the option to buy a larger bottle to be delivered right to your door!
We currently ship to all states within the United States with the following exceptions: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, and South Dakota.
You can view your shipment status of your order in your account profile. Once your order has shipped, you will see a tracking number under orders. You will also receive an email from Undercurrent Collective with shipping updates as your whiskey makes its way to your door.
Subscribers receive a whiskey subscription box once per quarter. Watch your email for shipment notifications. Exact shipment dates can be found in your profile.

Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the club until your subscription expires. Please log in to your account to manage your subscription preferences.

When you taste a sample, be sure to fill out the feedback by scanning the QR code on the label. Once you complete the feedback you can immediately buy a bottle. Please be aware that bottles will be available in limited quantities so be sure to provide your feedback right away!
We encourage all subscribers to provide feedback on the whiskey selections. You can provide feedback by scanning the QR code on each vial. As you give feedback, you will also have the opportunity to buy your favorite bottle(s)!
Technically, we cannot stop you. But, at the same time, we strive to deliver great whiskey into the hands of those who love reasonably priced whiskey. Please don’t be that person.
Not at this time. We curate unique whiskey samples in each subscription box. The samples are all original and have not been released previously. The feedback you provide will help drive future releases!
Someone of legal drinking age must be present to receive each shipment. Our carrier(s) must verify that recipients are of legal drinking age and will require a valid photo ID. A second attempt will be made to deliver but Whiskey Collective is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered. A great option is to update your shipping address to an office building to ensure an individual is available to receive the package. Of course, reach out to us at support@whiskey-collective.com if you have issues and we will work with you to our best ability.

Yes! We have very limited quantities of these original and rare whiskeys to purchase and enjoy after receiving a subscription box. Be sure to give the feedback for the opportunity to buy a bottle!
We partner with carriers who verify that the recipient is 21 or older at time of delivery. You can also set up your shipment to go to your office instead of your home to ensure someone is available to receive your shipment.
Unfortunately, due to legal restrictions on the shipment of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for purchased whiskey.
